Standard Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy

OUR CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY
Once a ticket is purchased it is non-refundable. However you are welcome to switch/transfer to another date if you let us know at least 7 days in advance of the event. There is an admin fee of £5 per ticket if you want to do this. If it’s less than a week until the event and you can no longer make it, you can always give or sell your ticket to a friend to go in your place. We are so sorry, but there are no exceptions to this policy.

The work that goes into planning these events far exceeds the event itself and cancellations or changes at the last minute directly affects our business and artists.

If you need to reschedule, you can do so by emailing info@thesocialcanvas.co.uk making sure you include the details of the reservation and the name it was booked under, or if you can no longer make it and you invite a friend to go in your place, please let us know their name and contact details.

EVENT CANCELLATION
We try not to do this, however on occasion an event may have to be cancelled due to lack of attendance or external factors such as bad weather/illness of an artist or a venue pulling out. If this happens you will be given an option to switch to another event of your choice or a full refund. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

AGE RESTRICTION
Our events are for adults however we may allow under 18s at the discretion of the pub or venue management.

The venues we use may have an age restriction. Please contact us on info@thesocialcanvas.co.uk to check each venue. All under 18s must be accompanied by an adult, if the venue gives consent for their attendance.

LOYALTY CARD SCHEME
Our Loyalty Card scheme has now come to an end..
